How does the pledge work? ↓
You select a pledge amount per step (e.g. €0.01). As you walk and log your steps, the system aggregates your total monthly steps. At the end of the month, we calculate your total monthly steps multiplied by your pledge amount.
Do I need to walk every day? ↓
No, participation is fully flexible. You can log your steps daily, submit a single consolidated total at the end of every week, or submit one monthly total. All logs are standardized into monthly contributions.
Where does the money go? Do you collect donations? ↓
We never collect money directly. All donations are made directly through the official donation channels of the Huntington’s Disease Association. Once you complete your direct donation, click "I have donated" in your dashboard and log your reference.
Can I hide my statistics from the public leaderboard? ↓
Yes, absolutely. We value your privacy. You can enable or disable public leaderboard visibility inside your registration form or under the dashboard profile settings. If disabled, your steps still count in all collective fundraising counters anonymously, but your profile will not appear on the public leaderboard.
